Manuela was kind and patient under unexpected circumstances. I discovered that I had lost my keys just as the cleaning was supposed to start. She waited nearly an hour before we were able to reenter the apartment. She was super efficient, managing to get everything done by the originally scheduled end time.

As always Maxine did an inctedibly thorough job. Cleaning places i didn't even know needed cleaning.
